i am back frm my bball training camp. sad with smth.. but frm the camp, i realised smth. i have become fitter. i ran 4 sets of 4 rds and timing was 705,710,703 and 640.
3 sets of 3rds with a timing of – avg 510. cant really rmb wat is the exact timing liao.
frm this camp, i also exprienced a consquence effect frm what i did in the past. haix.. sian..
okok. i going bath liao. very smelly now. jus come back.
